Halle Tecco

Halle Tecco is an entrepreneur and investor in digital health, with more than a decade of experience building companies, shaping investment strategies, and educating healthcare innovators. Tecco founded Rock Health, the first seed-stage venture fund focused exclusively on digital health startups, where she served as CEO and managing director before transitioning to founder emeritus. Rock Health has invested in companies such as Waystar, Tempus AI, and Kindbody, contributing to the growth of digital health entrepreneurship and bridging the technology and healthcare sectors.

Tecco has focused extensively on women's health innovation. She launched Natalist, a women's health products company acquired by a larger organization, which expanded access to at-home fertility and pregnancy care. Natalist provided FDA-cleared pregnancy and fertility tests, prenatal vitamins, and educational materials. Following this exit, Tecco co-founded Cofertility, a startup aimed at making egg freezing and fertility care more accessible. The company enables women to freeze their eggs for future use at no cost if they donate half to a couple in need.
