Gretchen Littlefield

Gretchen Littlefield is the chief executive officer of Moore, a leading fundraising firm serving purpose-driven organizations, including many of the nation’s most recognized nonprofits. With more than 25 years of experience in data, marketing services, and business management, Littlefield has overseen significant growth at Moore, doubling the company’s annual revenue during her tenure. Her strategic leadership has established Moore as a leader in data-driven, audience-first marketing, offering a comprehensive range of services from creative strategy to analytics and response management.

Before joining Moore, Littlefield served as president of Infogroup, where she managed integrated data and marketing services for Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and small businesses. She launched the fundraising program for what became the largest political action committee in the United States, raising more than $80 million in two years, and led a direct response marketing agency managing nonprofit campaigns. Her expertise in big data, digital media, and marketing solutions has positioned her as a thought leader in the nonprofit and marketing sectors.

Littlefield is a founding member and vice chair of The Nonprofit Alliance, advocating for the strength and integrity of the nonprofit sector. She received the Silver Apple Award from the Marketing Club of New York for her industry leadership and innovation.
