Greta Rossi

Greta Rossi is an Italian wellbeing changemaker, social entrepreneur, and keynote speaker whose work focuses on holistic wellbeing, social innovation, and transformative leadership. Rossi is the co-founder of "Recipes for Wellbeing" and ChangemakerXchange, and served as the lead facilitator for the WISE Emerging Leaders Program. She is also a co-founder of Ākāśa Innovation and "Pitch Your Failure," reflecting her commitment to building a diverse ecosystem of initiatives that support people and the planet.

"Recipes for Wellbeing" aims to shift the culture of changemaking by emphasizing holistic wellbeing, enabling individuals to contribute more effectively to positive change. The platform offers a range of resources, including freely accessible wellbeing recipes, talks, workshops, and immersive wellbeing labs. It hosts more than 115 wellbeing recipes—individual and group activities designed to boost mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and digital wellbeing, all presented in a recipe format with ingredients, nutritional values, cooking time, and step-by-step instructions. This accessible approach positions Rossi as a prominent voice in the global conversation on sustainable changemaking and wellbeing.

Rossi holds a BA (Hons) in International Relations and is a qualified coach, facilitator, and fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of the Arts, Manufactures and Commerce. She is also a fellow of the BMW Foundation Responsible Networks Leaders in Europe and the Euclid Network's Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise. An accredited coach with the Association for Coaching and the Institute of Leadership and Management, Rossi has extensive experience leading one-on-one, peer-to-peer, and group coaching sessions for young changemakers seeking to create and sustain meaningful careers in service of people and the planet.

Rossi has hosted workshops, events, and summits in more than 20 countries, collaborating with organizations such as Ashoka, Climate-KIC, and Google. She has delivered coaching sessions for organizations including Syracuse University London, Ashoka's ChangemakerXchange, ImpactAimers, and various Climate-KIC programs such as Climate Accelerator, Climate Launchpad, and Journey Summer School. Her global reach and cross-sector partnerships highlight her role as a facilitator and thought leader in wellbeing, social entrepreneurship, and social innovation.

Rossi has delivered talks at events including TEDxBologna, TEDxPwCMilan, The Women Power Summit, the Social Innovation Summit, and the European Social Economy Summit. She has also spoken with platforms such as Digital Mindfulness about digital wellbeing and strategies for improving relationships with technology. Through her work on stage and in workshops, Rossi offers practical expertise and a global perspective to audiences interested in wellbeing, leadership, and social impact.
