Greg Peters

Greg Peters is the co-CEO of Netflix, following a tenure in several key leadership roles within the company. Since joining Netflix in 2008, he has contributed to transforming the company from a DVD-by-mail service into a global streaming platform, leading initiatives such as international expansion, the launch of Japanese originals, and the development of Netflix’s gaming and ad-supported subscription offerings.

Peters’s career at Netflix has focused on innovation and consumer experience. As chief product officer and later chief operating officer, he led teams responsible for designing and optimizing the Netflix user experience, introducing features including user profiles, smart downloads, and the double thumbs-up rating system.
