Gracie Pfaff

Gracie Pfaff is a social entrepreneur and nonprofit leader focused on ending global hunger through sustainable agriculture and food security initiatives. Inspired by a book about sustainable farming practices, Pfaff began her journey at age 12 after reading a true story about a failing farm revived through sustainable methods. She founded Harvest107, a nonprofit organization that develops fresh and sustainable food sources for low-income communities in the United States and Haiti.

Pfaff launched her first micro-farm in Franklin, Tennessee, which provides food for 24 families, and later expanded her projects to Haiti. Harvest107 has since built urban gardens, partnered with women farmers, and delivered agriculture education to millions in Haiti. The organization operates in Port-au-Prince and continues to serve the community despite challenges such as gang violence and political unrest. Harvest107’s Urban Projects program establishes school gardens that supply nutrition to local students.

The nonprofit’s programming includes agriculture education for families and farmers, promoting organic and sustainable food production techniques. Harvest107 collaborates with schools, orphanages, businesses, and families to make fresh, nutritious foods accessible to disadvantaged populations. The SHE Initiative, a program within Harvest107, focuses on sustainability and health for women farmers and female-led families. Recognizing the impact of gender equality in agriculture, Pfaff created the SHE Initiative to provide women with the education and resources needed to establish their own sustainable, organic gardens.

Harvest107’s vision includes expanding into Nicaragua, Panama, and Ghana, as well as developing digital education platforms to broaden access to sustainable agriculture knowledge.

Pfaff’s work has been recognized nationally and internationally. She was noted as a future global change maker by Bono from the organization ONE and received the Franklin Tomorrow Volunteer Youth Initiative Award for her contributions. Her leadership earned her an invitation to the Microsoft Nonprofit Leaders Summit. In addition to her nonprofit work, Pfaff is a digital marketing consultant, leveraging her expertise in online marketing strategies to help clients increase targeted traffic and conversions. Since founding Harvest107, Pfaff has guided the organization with a commitment to learning and collaboration within the communities she serves.
