Geoffrey Kasselman

Geoffrey Kasselman, SIOR, LEED AP, is recognized in the commercial real estate industry for his expertise at the intersection of real estate, technology, and energy. Kasselman is a futurist focused on leveraging transformative disruption and technology convergence to deliver actionable ROI within the commercial real estate sector. He has spent decades assisting clients, companies, and audiences in understanding and preparing for the evolving forces shaping the built environment. Over his career, Kasselman has completed more than 1,000 transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion, serving a diverse range of institutional and corporate clients across North America.

Kasselman's professional experience includes leadership roles at several leading firms. Prior to joining CRG, he spent six years at Newmark Knight Frank as executive managing director and national leader of the firm's industrial practice group, overseeing significant growth and completing notable transactions, such as a 1.1 million square foot e-commerce facility in Atlanta for ASOS and a 617,000 square foot omni-channel build-to-suit facility near Cincinnati for DWR, a Herman Miller company. At CRG, the real estate development arm of Clayco, Kasselman served as partner and senior vice president, workplace strategy, providing clients with strategies to future-proof their real estate holdings and workplaces. He later co-founded Evoke Partners, a platform operating at the intersection of commercial real estate, energy, and digital disruption, where he serves as CEO alongside co-founder Ra'eesa Motala. Collectively, the founders of Evoke Partners have completed more than 100 million square feet of client projects in 147 cities, 45 states, and 14 countries, with total financial consideration exceeding $2.1 billion.

Kasselman is active in the real estate professional community, having served as global president of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the largest nonprofit trade organization of its kind. He has been recognized by Crain's Chicago Business as one of the Most Influential Commercial Real Estate Brokers in Chicago, inducted into the Midwest CRE Hall of Fame, named a four-time CoStar Power Broker, and received Newmark's Outstanding Service Award, among other honors. The Chicago Chapter of SIOR presented Kasselman with the Richard G. Levy Presidents Award.

As a keynote speaker and business futurist, Kasselman is known for making complex trends in economic development, innovation, sustainability, e-commerce, supply chain, blockchain, and exponential technologies accessible to a wide range of audiences.
