Gary Parrish Biography
Gary Parrish is the host of Grind City Media’s ‘Gary Parrish Show’ airing every weekday at 10AM. Gary Parrish has been a fixture of the Memphis radio and sports scene for over 13 years, winning countless national and local awards while annually finishing as one of the highest-rated sports-talk shows in the country. In addition, Parrish is a columnist and television analyst for CBS Sports. He also serves as the host of CBS Sports’ ‘Eye On College Basketball’ podcast, which is the most-listened-to college basketball podcast in the nation
A graduate of the University of Memphis, Parrish has lived and worked in the Memphis area his entire life. Before joining CBS Sports in 2006, he spent seven years at The Commercial Appeal newspaper, where he broke one of the biggest recruiting scandals in history in 2001 and covered John Calipari’s Memphis basketball program for four full seasons from 2002 to 2006.
