Garrett Gravesen

Garrett Gravesen is a keynote speaker, bestselling author, and entrepreneur known for his work in leadership development, motivational speaking, and global business. After the loss of his father to cancer, Gravesen set out to visit all 197 countries and accomplish 100 bold goals, aiming to redefine what is possible in life and leadership. He studied economics at the University of Georgia and leadership development at Harvard Business School, establishing a strong academic background that supports his extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship.

Gravesen learned to ski in North Korea and traveled to 52 countries in 52 weeks with only a tuxedo and a toothbrush, experiences that have informed his approach to inspiring audiences to embrace courage and step outside their comfort zones. He is the author of the book "10 Seconds of Insane Courage" and co-founder of ADDO Worldwide, a leadership consulting firm. Gravesen has co-founded and scaled three companies to more than seven figures each, including ADDO Worldwide, which was recognized as the Best Place to Work in Atlanta. ADDO has partnered with organizations such as Chick-fil-A, Coca-Cola, and the Atlanta Braves, and played a key role in developing the Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, a servant leadership program that trains more than 20,000 leaders annually. Prior to ADDO, Gravesen co-founded the nonprofit H.E.R.O. for Children and the study abroad program Global LEAD.

With two decades of research on courage across the globe, Gravesen has identified the practices that distinguish courageous individuals in business, leadership, and personal growth. His book "10 Seconds of Insane Courage" presents a framework for overcoming fear and seizing bold opportunities. Through his "5 Zones of Courage" framework, Gravesen offers global insights and practical strategies for leadership development and personal achievement. He has spoken to audiences in more than 100 countries and delivered a commencement address to 30,000 people.
