Frank Reich

Frank Reich currently serves as the offensive coordinator for the New York Jets, a position he assumed on February 4, 2026, following a diverse career in football coaching. His previous roles include head coach for the Indianapolis Colts from 2018 to 2022 and the Carolina Panthers in 2023. In addition to his coaching roles, Reich made a notable impact as an offensive coordinator with the Philadelphia Eagles, assisting the team in securing their first Super Bowl title in Super Bowl LII.

Reich's experience doesn't stop at the professional level, as he also served as the interim head coach for Stanford University in 2025. Prior to his stint at Stanford, Reich was known for his fortitude in the face of adversity. During his tenure as the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, Reich led the team to a 10–6 record in 2018, making the playoffs after starting the season with a dismal 1–5. It was under his leadership that the Colts reached the Divisional Round of the playoffs in 2018, despite constant instability at the quarterback position from 2019 to 2022.

Reich's career as a player in the NFL is also noteworthy. As a backup quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, Reich led the team to the largest comeback in NFL history during a 1993 playoff game, overcoming a 32-point deficit. This feat, combined with his subsequent achievements as a coach, led to Reich being named "the greatest backup quarterback in NFL history" by Pro Football Hall of Fame Executive Bill Polian. It's these experiences, and the lessons learned from them, that Reich draws upon in his motivational speaking, with a particular emphasis on comebacks and the role of faith in his life.
