Frank Reich

Frank Reich is a football coach and former quarterback with a decorated career that spans over decades. He played college football at Maryland and was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the third round of the 1985 NFL Draft. Spending most of his career as a backup to Jim Kelly, Reich carved his own legacy in the sport by leading the Bills to the NFL's largest postseason comeback during the 1992–93 NFL playoffs, a record that stood until 2022.

Reich transitioned to an NFL coaching career after retiring as a player, serving in several assistant positions from 2008 to 2017. He was the offensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles when they clinched their first Super Bowl title in Super Bowl LII. Reich served as the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts from 2018 to 2022, leading the team to two playoff appearances. Following his tenure with the Colts, Reich briefly coached the Carolina Panthers in 2023.

In 2025, Reich was named the interim head coach at Stanford University, marking a new chapter in his career. Bill Polian, former Pro Football Hall of Fame Executive, once dubbed Reich "the greatest backup quarterback in NFL history" in 2014, underlining his significant contribution to the sport. Apart from his coaching responsibilities, Reich is also a compelling speaker, utilizing his experiences in overcoming adversity and the importance of faith in his presentations.
