Francis Dey

Francis Dey is known for preserving the golden age of American vocal performance through decades of live shows. Dey delivers authentic, passion-filled vocal phrasings in the tradition of legendary saloon singers, with a stage presence that draws comparisons to Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Tony Bennett, Sammy Davis Jr., and Bobby Darin.

Dey's first major opportunity came under the management of Buck Ram and Jean Bennett, founders of the original 1950s hit group The Platters, recognized for songs such as "Smoke Gets In Your Eyes," "Only You," and "Twilight Time." Under their guidance, Dey's career advanced as he toured with The Platters and performed alongside artists including Sammy Davis Jr., Tony Bennett, the Drifters, Michael Jackson, and K.C. and the Sunshine Band.

Dey has performed on the stages of Las Vegas hotels such as Caesar's Palace, The Sands Hotel, The Flamingo, The Aladdin, The Golden Nugget, The Fremont Street Experience, The MGM Grand, The Four Queens, and New York, New York. His career also includes performances at Playboy Clubs across the United States, tours in Canada at Canadian Pacific Hotels and Resorts properties, and a special performance at the Montreal Olympic Games. Internationally, Dey has appeared in venues in Tahiti and other locations.

His album "Sincerely Yours" features a New Orleans-based horn section, classic selections, and an original track, "Kill Me Kindly," written by Eric Chesher, formerly of Capitol Records, as a tribute to the Rat Pack. Dey's second album on Infrared Records presents original music and is regarded as a significant work in his discography.

Dey's theatrical credits include productions of "West Side Story," "The King And I," "Bye Bye Birdie," "Oklahoma," "Guys And Dolls," "South Pacific," "The Music Man," "Fiddler On The Roof," "The Sound of Music," and "Jesus Christ Superstar." His repertoire spans jazz, oldies, and dance music from multiple decades, appealing to audiences seeking both relaxed and energetic performances.
