Flo Milli, born Tamia Monique Carter, is an American rapper and singer-songwriter recognized for her influence in contemporary hip-hop. Milli began writing music at age 11 and released her first solo track, "No Hook," at 16. Her single "Beef FloMix" gained widespread attention online, propelling her from underground status to mainstream recognition. The follow-up track, "In the Party," also achieved viral success on TikTok and later received platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America. Both singles became popular on social media platforms, contributing to her growing presence in the rap industry.

Milli's debut mixtape, "Ho, Why Is You Here?," featured these singles and was included in Rolling Stone's list of the Greatest Hip Hop Albums of All Time.
