Ferran Tort is a change management advisor, licensed psychologist, keynote speaker and CEO of 2030Masters. He is an international speaker and executive trainer who specializes in developing high-performing leaders capable of driving real transformation in fast-changing environments. He has worked with leading organizations across Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, helping leaders build the mindset and skills needed to navigate uncertainty with confidence.
Diagnosed with macular dystrophy at 23, Tort lost 90 percent of his vision, an experience that shaped his practical, psychology-based approach to leadership. He is the creator of the RESTART Framework, grounded in behavioral psychology, agile leadership and high-performance coaching. In the Middle East, Tort partnered with Saudi Arabia's National Water Company, NWC, to deliver large-scale leadership and change management programs aligned with Vision 2030. His work has been recognized by government institutions, the European Union and HR associations, and includes a TEDx talk and appearances at global conferences.
