Federico Tavarez Biography
Federico Tavarez is a leadership, entrepreneurship and high-performance speaker, a former athlete for the Dominican Republic national soccer and futsal teams, and the founder of multiple organizations dedicated to education, youth development and sports innovation. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Tavarez launched the internationally recognized Aspiras Foundation as a student initiative, and the foundation has since grown into a global nonprofit supported by hundreds of volunteers and student leaders across several countries.
Tavarez is also the founder of Highlights DR, Reaching Dreams Agency, Titan Nutrition and the Aspiras Goalkeeper Academy. He serves as secretary general of the National District Football Association, AFDN, leading development and institutional strategy for more than 60 football clubs. His work has been recognized by the U.S. Department of State with the Young Leaders of the Americas Award in 2023.
Tavarez speaks English and Spanish and specializes in leadership, entrepreneurship, high-performance mindset, purpose-driven development and organizational growth.
