Faith Taylor

Faith Taylor is a sustainability executive serving as global sustainability and ESG officer at Kyndryl, a leading provider of IT infrastructure services. Taylor is responsible for developing and overseeing the company's sustainability and ESG programs, aligning them with strategic priorities. Under her leadership, Kyndryl announced a Net Zero to 2040 goal aligned with the Science Based Target Initiative and released its first Corporate Citizenship Report. The company achieved silver certification from EcoVadis for ESG performance and was named to Newsweek's list of the Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces.

Before joining Kyndryl, Taylor was the global environmental social governance leader at Tesla, where she collaborated with the board of directors, investors, and leadership teams to develop ESG strategies, structures, and targets. She helped establish Tesla's materiality and environmental baseline, joined the Science Based Target Initiative, and advanced the company's responsible sourcing program.

During her 15-year tenure at Wyndham Worldwide, Taylor developed and built the company's ESG program, which earned recognition as a Dow Jones Sustainability World Leader, one of the Most Ethical Companies in the World by Ethisphere, and one of Newsweek's Greenest Companies in the World.

Earlier in her career, Taylor served as an innovation and new business development leader and general manager, overseeing global businesses generating over $600 million in revenue in the consumer-packaged goods and cosmetics industry. Her commercial background informs her approach to connecting sustainability strategy with business value. In academia, Taylor was a professor at the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State, teaching corporate social responsibility, brand marketing, and sustainability, and co-founded the university's global human trafficking and social entrepreneurship center.

Taylor has been recognized among the Top 10 Women in Sustainability Leadership in the US by Business Chief UK and among the Top 16 globally by Sustainability Magazine. Kyndryl has received recognition from Time Magazine, Forbes, and Newsweek for its programs impacting more than 70,000 employees in 60 countries. Taylor has served in civic and governance roles, including membership in Executive Women of New Jersey and board positions with the World Travel and Tourism Council and the United States Green Building Council. She is a graduate of Stanford University and the Wharton School of Business.
