Fady Saad

Fady Saad is a globally recognized leader in robotics, physical AI, and venture capital. He is the founder and general partner of Cybernetix Ventures, a Boston-based fund investing in the world’s most ambitious early-stage robotics, automation, and AI startups.

Saad is also the co-founder of MassRobotics, the world’s largest robotics and AI startup escalator. He pioneered the “startup escalator” model, raising multimillion-dollar funding and forging 40+ strategic partnerships with companies including Amazon Robotics, FedEx, Honda, Mitsubishi, Analog Devices, and Autodesk. His corporate-startup programs have become benchmarks in the industry, accelerating the path from prototype to production for next-generation robotics ventures.

Earlier in his career, Saad was a regional manager at Nokia Siemens Networks, where he managed multimillion-euro acquisitions and played a key role in the Siemens–Nokia merger for 700+ employees across North Africa.

A 2017 Boston Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, Saad is a sought-after keynote speaker, advisor, and mentor worldwide. He has spoken at global conferences, advised Fortune 500 companies, and authored widely read articles on robotics, AI, innovation, and the future of automation.

Saad holds degrees in mechanical engineering, complex systems, and management from MIT and the American University in Cairo.
