Fabio Tambosi

Fabio Tambosi is a marketing executive, keynote speaker, and author with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of sports marketing, technology, and culture. Tambosi is the author of "Branding To Win," a book that explores strategies for transforming buyers into brand advocates and positioning brands as cultural influencers. He has led brand strategy at Nike, adidas, Saucony, Nokia, IBM, and other companies in the lifestyle and sports industries.

Tambosi's corporate career includes leadership roles at global brands. At Nike, he served as global brand and digital director for Nike Football, where he contributed to the evolution of the company's marketing approach for its football category. He also spearheaded adidas's campaign "Ready for Sport" and led Nike's activation at the FIFA World Cup. As chief marketing officer at Saucony, Tambosi oversaw a global brand turnaround and significant annual growth. He has collaborated with industry figures and organizations such as Stella McCartney, LEGO, Neymar, and FC Barcelona.

Tambosi is the senior vice president of marketing at ESL FACEIT Group, an esports and video game entertainment company focused on building communities around competitive gaming. In this role, he oversees marketing strategy, operations, public relations, brand creative, fan engagement, and consumer marketing for esports events, festivals, leagues, tournaments, and online gaming platforms. Under his leadership, ESL FACEIT Group has developed partnerships and projects including an esports documentary with Gucci, a collaboration with Cannes Lions Festival, and a Call of Duty: Mobile tournament series.

In addition to his executive roles, Tambosi is involved in education and thought leadership. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and serves as an executive board member and MBA professor at the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at The Erwin Center for Brand Communications at Clemson University. His work has been featured in AdWeek, The Drum, CMO Scratch, and Great Minds, and he co-hosts "The Marketing Marriage" podcast. Tambosi frequently speaks on topics such as leadership, brand-building, and perseverance, drawing on his personal experiences in sports and education.
