Eve Logunova-Parker

Eve Logunova-Parker is an AI and Web3 consultant, impact entrepreneur, and innovation strategist whose work focuses on the intersection of emerging technology and social equity. Logunova-Parker has dedicated more than 15 years to supporting individuals and businesses in adopting emerging technologies for growth and resilience. She has been recognized among the top 100 women in the Web3 and Metaverse sector, the top 100 women to know in America, and the top 10 AI experts from the Netherlands. Silicon Canals also named her among the top 10 female ecosystem builders in Amsterdam's technology sector.

Logunova-Parker founded Evenness, a startup operating across Europe and the United States, which democratizes Web3 and extended reality using the IDEAS framework: inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility, and sustainability. As founder and CEO, she leads a corporation that provides Web3 technology and XR solutions, enabling business professionals and event organizers to host interactive 3D and virtual reality events, including conventions, trade shows, job fairs, and corporate meetings. Evenness is also developing an AI-powered Metaverse solution, "InnoCityX," an immersive smart city platform for companies, innovators, and creators focused on sustainability and breakthrough ideas.

In addition to her work at Evenness, Logunova-Parker initiated WaiACCELERATE, an ethical online accelerator for women founders in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, as well as InnoHUB, a learning acceleration program in open innovation, AI, and data. She engages in community outreach, connecting with more than 350,000 innovators through partnerships with organizations such as Women in AI and Women in Tech. As an editor at ICI Global, she provides feedback on manuscripts related to the Metaverse and AI, including topics such as cybersecurity, AI productivity, digital identities, interoperability, and inclusive, accessible, and sustainable design.

Logunova-Parker has a record of driving digital transformation and product innovation across Web2, Web3, Metaverse, and AI landscapes. As a member of the Transatlantic AI Exchange and former global chief commercial officer for Women in AI, she has advocated for the advancement of women in technology. She also co-founded the Web3 Circle of Trust, a community supporting C-level women and non-binary individuals in the Metaverse. As a keynote speaker, her topics include artificial intelligence, data, diversity and inclusion, female leadership, futurism, innovation, sustainability, technology, and virtual reality. Her mission centers on making technology more inclusive and accessible, with a focus on building data-secure solutions by frontier technology companies.
