Ethan M. Rasiel

Ethan M. Rasiel is a former management consultant and author recognized for his work on the inner operations of leading global consulting firms. Rasiel graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts in history and East Asian studies. He later earned a Master of Business Administration in entrepreneurial management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also served as head writer for The Wharton Follies, a stage production featuring song, dance, and comedy sketches. Prior to his consulting career, Rasiel worked as an equity fund manager at Mercury Asset Management in London and as an investment banker.

Rasiel joined McKinsey & Company’s New York office, advising clients in finance, telecommunications, computing, and consumer goods. After several years, he left McKinsey and moved to London to join Oakes, Fitzwilliams and Co., a boutique investment bank. Drawing on his experience at McKinsey, Rasiel authored books that provide insight into management consulting, business strategy, and organizational problem-solving.
