Estee Stanley

Estee Stanley is a Los Angeles-based fashion stylist, interior designer, and entrepreneur whose career spans more than two decades in the fashion and interior design industries. After studying psychology at the University of Southern California, Stanley began her career in fashion styling, building a client roster that included Penélope Cruz, Eva Mendes, Mandy Moore, Sofia Vergara, Salma Hayek, and the Olsen twins. She also worked on projects for music artists such as Britney Spears and *NSYNC, establishing herself among celebrity stylists.

Stanley transitioned to interior design at the request of her styling clients, who admired the aesthetic of her own living spaces. Her first interior design project was for Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, which led to further commissions for clients including Patrick Dempsey, Ellen Pompeo, Chris Evans, and Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake. Her commercial projects include the interior design of chef Ludo Lefebvre's Petit Trois restaurant. Stanley’s design philosophy emphasizes collaboration and customization, resulting in interiors tailored to each client. Her work has appeared in Architectural Digest, InStyle, People, and domino.

Stanley outlined her design approach in the monograph "In Comfort and Style," published by Rizzoli, with a foreword by Ashley Olsen. The book presents her perspective that luxury in interior design is achieved by blending comfort and elegance to create inviting, personal spaces.

Identifying a gap in the design industry, Stanley founded The Eye, an interior design and architecture agency. The Eye connects clients with designers and architects, negotiates contracts, and manages business relationships, allowing creative professionals to focus on their work. The agency represents more than 50 interior designers, architects, and landscape designers, including Adam Hunter, Kara Mann, and Dimorestudio, and supports their growth through brand partnerships and marketing strategy. Through The Eye, Stanley has contributed to evolving business practices within the interior design and architecture sectors.
