Erin Leonty

Erin Leonty is an inclusive culture strategist, facilitator, and keynote speaker whose work focuses on organizational leadership, diversity, equity, and belonging. With more than 20 years of cross-industry experience and social advocacy, Leonty's career includes strategy, operational excellence, and leadership development in the finance, industrial, management consulting, and nonprofit sectors. She supports executives in advancing diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity within their organizations.

Leonty's professional background includes leadership roles at organizations recognized for their work in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Before her corporate leadership positions, Leonty served as regional director for Catalyst, a global nonprofit known for research and solutions to advance women in leadership. She later became director of global inclusion and diversity for Finning International Inc., the world's largest Caterpillar dealer, with operations in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Canada, the UK, and Ireland. Leonty is the founder of Leonty Consulting and vice president of social purpose at Clio, a cloud-based legal technology company.

As a panelist, keynote speaker, and subject matter expert, Leonty provides advisory services to executive leadership teams, human resources practitioners, and industry partners. Her signature talks include "From Burnout to Belonging: Plug into Your Power!" which examines the connection between stress, burnout, and personal empowerment. She also addresses the impact of unconscious bias on workplace opportunities, guiding audiences to recognize and address bias while promoting inclusive leadership behaviors that drive innovation and productivity.

Leonty is committed to community engagement, serving in roles such as member of the Women in APEGA Advisory Group, advisor for inclusive leadership programming at NorQuest College, and founding director of the Edmonton Business Diversity Network. She has co-led the GE Women's Network and contributed to Deloitte's Diversity Council. Leonty's expertise spans strategy and operations, business development, commercial finance, sales excellence, and risk management, providing a practical perspective on building inclusive workplace cultures.
