Erik Westrum

Erik Westrum is a former professional hockey player, business executive, author, and keynote speaker who knows what it takes to perform when expectations are high.

During a 12-year professional hockey career, Westrum competed at the highest levels of the sport, including the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Arizona Coyotes, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Minnesota Wild, and internationally with Team USA. Those years taught him that talent may create opportunity, but discipline, resilience, accountability, and intentionality determine what you do with it.

Today, Westrum brings those lessons beyond the rink.

As President of Flagship Insurance Services, Westrum helps lead people, build teams, drive organizational growth, and turn vision into execution. He is also the author of "Fatherhood by Design," where he challenges fathers to lead with greater purpose, presence, and intentionality at home.
