Elizabeth A. Eurgubian is a premier speaker at credit union industry and financial services conferences and events, and regularly speaks on the legislative, regulatory, and legal landscape and effective advocacy strategies for stakeholders. Eurgubian is frequently quoted in national publications as an expert in her field.
With over 25 years of experience working with all three branches of the federal government, Eurgubian has represented credit unions, banks, and large companies, and has worked for two federal regulatory agencies.
Eurgubian began her career as an attorney for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve. Eurgubian also worked as assistant general counsel for Sallie Mae, Inc., before specializing in advocacy as senior regulatory counsel at the Independent Community Bankers of America and later, deputy chief advocacy officer and senior counsel at the Credit Union National Association. Most recently, Eurgubian served as a political appointee leading the National Credit Union Administration’s Office of External Affairs and Communications. She is currently a partner in the Capitol Hill government relations firm, Atlas Advocacy.
