Elisa Hernandez is a dynamic digital producer and editor currently working with the NFL Network, where she collaborates closely with the NFL International team. With a passion for sports journalism and broadcasting, Elisa has cultivated a diverse career that spans multiple roles across the sports media landscape. She most recently served as a field producer for the Los Angeles Dodgers during the 2021 MLB season, bringing her expertise to both live broadcasts and behind-the-scenes coverage. Elisa's skills and versatility have made her a valuable asset to organizations such as Spectrum SportsNet and the NFL Network.

Before her work with the NFL and Dodgers, Elisa was deeply involved in the Los Angeles sports scene, serving as a host/reporter for DodgersNation.com and as an in-arena host for the Los Angeles Lakers during the 2016-17 NBA season. Her talents were also showcased on NBC’s Going Roggin, where she participated in the competitive sports debate segment "The Choice." Elisa's impressive ability to engage with audiences also led her to serve as the voice of ElSnapNFL, the NFL’s U.S. Latino-focused Instagram account, and she became a podcast host with Sports-Ish on the Bleav Podcast Network, where she dives into insightful sports discussions.

Elisa’s educational background includes a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and Digital Media from the University of Southern California (USC), along with minors in Business: Consumer Behavior and Communications: Sports Media. While at USC, she covered various sports and teams at both collegiate and professional levels, gaining hands-on experience in the field as well as in studio operations. Elisa’s diverse talents, including writing, editing, filming, and creating news and feature packages, have enabled her to thrive in a variety of roles and platforms.
