Elin Hauge

Elin Hauge is an AI and business strategist, futurist, and keynote speaker whose work focuses on the intersection of technology, leadership, and responsible innovation. Hauge has contributed to bridging data-driven technologies and business value for more than 20 years. With a background in physics, mathematics, business, and law, she provides insights into the development and application of artificial intelligence and other data-driven technologies. Hauge holds an MEng in Biophysics and Medical Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and an MSc in Management Science and Operational Research from Warwick Business School. She has also pursued law studies to strengthen her understanding of responsible business practices and regulation. Her career includes roles in industry and technology, beginning as an analyst at Accenture, followed by positions at Gjensidige including IT consultant, business controller, sales manager, and head of portfolio management and CRM. At EVRY, she served as chief advisor in artificial intelligence and cognitive solutions and later as head of Emerging Tech Navigators, leading a team focused on emerging technologies.
