Dr. Trinette K. Pierre is a healthcare executive coach, leadership development advisor, and author with more than three decades of experience in nursing, healthcare administration, insurance management, and academia. Known as Dr. Trin, Pierre has developed a career focused on clinical and operational expertise, supporting the advancement of healthcare leadership. Her experience spans hospital systems, government-owned clinics, insurance companies, and nonprofit organizations, providing a comprehensive perspective on the challenges faced by healthcare professionals.

Pierre is the president and owner of TRImani Consulting, a coaching and consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, change management, career path development, employee engagement, and leadership development for healthcare executives and professionals. Earlier in her career, Pierre served as a critical care manager at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas, an experience that shaped her leadership approach in high-stakes clinical environments. She is the author of "Leadership Legacy: Using Insights from Your Past to Build a Legacy of Success," which explores the role of self-reflection and personal history in professional growth.

Pierre serves as an adjunct professor of healthcare administration, nursing, and public health at multiple universities, including as a faculty member in the Master of Healthcare Administration program at ACU Online.
