Dr. Trinette K. Pierre

Dr. Trin Pierre has been in healthcare for over 32 years. She is originally from New Orleans, LA and has lived in North Texas for 15 years. Throughout her career, Dr. Trin has worked in many areas, including academia, nursing, healthcare insurance management, healthcare administration, and consulting/executive advising/coaching. She is President & Owner of TRImani Consulting, LLC – a coaching, consulting, and advising firm specializing in assisting healthcare executives, professionals, and leaders with reaching their highest potential and ultimate purpose. In addition, Dr. Trin is also a professor of healthcare administration, nursing, and public health for multiple universities. Dr. Trin is the proud author of “Leadership Legacy: Using Insights from Your Past to Build a Legacy of Success.”

Dr. Trin is a proud member of The DFW Chapter of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) and The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). She serves as elected Regent for ACHE North Texas - District 4 (2021-2024). Dr. Trin is a board-certified fellow of ACHE (FACHE) and is a Board-Certified Advanced Nurse Executive (NEA-BC). She also holds three certifications in executive coaching. Dr. Trin was honored to receive recognition as a 2014 DFW Great 100 Nurses Award Recipient. Dr. Trin is known for her ability to inspire and maintain employee and provider engagement and has received accolades from large hospital organizations in this respect.

Dr. Trin’s passion is taking care of the caregivers who give their all to those they serve. Dr. Trin strongly believes that we must care for ourselves to ensure we’re able to care for those in our families, communities, and others who depend on us. Dr. Trin has focused her career on developing, growing, supporting, inspiring, and mentoring healthcare frontline workers, educators, small business owners, and executives.
