Dr. Travis Hearne is the founder and CEO of Titanium Consulting Group (TCG), an international bestselling author, a globally sought-after keynote speaker, a former Intelligence Officer for the Defense Intelligence Agency, a cybersecurity industry expert, and a Marine Corps combat veteran. Dr. Hearne served nine honorable years in the United States Marine Corps, leading teams to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2008 to 2009 and Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2010.
Following his military service, he had an intense and honorable career in the intelligence community, first combating terrorism, then cartels and narcotics trafficking, and later leading one of the nation's cyber defense programs. Dr. Hearne has led teams at Fortune 100 companies and has consulted and spoken around the globe on the impacts that good leadership can have on every aspect of a business. He holds a doctoral degree in organizational change and leadership and has over two decades of tangible leadership experience in a wide variety of industries.
