Brower is the author of three books: "Critical Connections," "The Secrets to Happiness at Work," and "Bring Work to Life." As vice president of workplace insights at Steelcase, Brower applies research to inform the design of workplace environments that support employee satisfaction and productivity. She previously served as global vice president of workplace vitality for Mars Drinks and as director of human dynamics and work for Herman Miller.
