Dr. Oyinkansola Jinadu Ph.D.

Dr. Oyinkansola Jinadu, Ph.D., known professionally as Dr. OJ and "The Med Spa Professor," is a Nigerian-American entrepreneur, educator, author, and public speaker with a career spanning beauty, wellness, and community empowerment. Jinadu holds a Bachelor of Science in microbiology from University of Lagos, a Master of Science in psychology from University of Phoenix, and a doctoral degree in philosophy in humanities from United Graduate College and Seminary International. As a licensed cosmetologist with more than 15 years of experience, she integrates scientific knowledge with practical expertise in the beauty and wellness industry.

Jinadu is the founder and CEO of HD Pro Global Beauty & Career Institute and Body Med Spa, a wellness and beauty brand in North Dallas. The institution provides services and certification training in areas such as body sculpting, 3D microblading, and makeup artistry, supporting the professional development of beauty industry practitioners. Her business model includes franchise opportunities for beauty professionals. Under Honeydrops Pro Inc., Jinadu operates multiple businesses and has worked as an educator with Dallas ISD.

Jinadu is the author of four books, five training manuals, and more than 15 articles, including titles such as "Living Beyond The Norm — From the Bottom Up" and "King of My Gifts." As a Multipotentialite Entrepreneur Coach, she offers business strategy and mindset coaching to entrepreneurs. Jinadu hosts the podcast and talk show "Dr. O.J. Speaks" and has spoken at events including the Daughters Across the Diaspora Annual 100 Women in Business conference.

Her public service includes founding the Honeydrops Foundation, a nonprofit organization, and serving on the Dallas Domestic Violence Task Force and the City of Dallas Citizens' Advisory Board. Jinadu developed the "Beyond Domestic Violence Module," a training curriculum for community advocacy. She is Principal of the Yoruba Language School in Dallas and a lifetime member of the International Society of Female Professionals. Jinadu has also announced her candidacy for Ellis County Commissioner Precinct 4, focusing on budget transparency and community leadership.
