Dr. Noha Polack

Dr. Noha Polack is a board-certified pediatrician and the founder and CEO of Progressive Pediatrics, a multi-location private practice serving the North Jersey community. Polack earned a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from Rutgers University, followed by a medical degree from Rutgers University in Newark and completed her pediatric residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Polack established Progressive Pediatrics, where she and her team provide pediatric care for children and families.

Polack is affiliated with several hospitals in the region, including CarePoint Health Hoboken University Medical Center and Hackensack Meridian Health JM Sanzari and K Hovnanian Children's Hospitals. She is multilingual, speaking Spanish and Arabic, and has experience in meningitis, obesity and obesity-related disorders, general pediatrics, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and health technology and informatics. Her approach to pediatric medicine emphasizes teamwork, open communication, and a patient-centered philosophy.

Throughout her career, Polack has addressed the impact of weight bias on children's health.
