For the first 20+ years of her career, Dr. Liz helped some of the world’s most notable brands through their business transformations. More recently, she has shifted her focus towards an enterprise transformation methodology that produces the most ‘bang for your buck,’ empowering people to lead change themselves and realize the strategic business goals.

She has dedicated herself to finding solutions for all organizations that continue to face one of the most common and potentially costly challenges of running any business—the human element. Paired with a desire to create a world where organizations realize their strategic goals and dreams, Dr. Liz can now equip businesses to be more inclusive, safely empower and align their people to realize the business strategy. From this, Include was born. In August 2020, Dr. Liz secured venture capital in a year when only 2% of venture capital funds were invested in female founders.
