Dr. Kevin Snyder

Kevin C. Snyder, Ed.D., is a keynote speaker, author, and Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) specializing in leadership development, motivational speaking, and higher education. Snyder holds a doctorate in educational leadership from University of Central Florida and has an extensive background in higher education, serving in roles such as dean of students, fraternity and sorority life advisor, student activities director, and academic advisor, including as dean of students at High Point University. His doctoral research examined the impact of self-efficacy on student retention among first-generation college students, providing an academic foundation for his work in motivation and leadership.

Snyder has delivered presentations to more than 1 million people across over 1,150 audiences in all 50 states and several countries. His clients include JetBlue, Anheuser-Busch, FedEx, Bank of America, TIAA, the United States Air Force, and more than 500 colleges and universities. He addresses corporate executives, higher education professionals, and student audiences, focusing on leadership, personal development, and organizational success.
