Dr. Dauv Evans is a keynote speaker, executive coach, diversity consultant, and author with a career focused on leadership development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), and executive coaching. Evans serves as CEO of The Gallus Collective, a Durham-based firm dedicated to helping individuals and teams achieve their professional goals.

With a PhD in higher education leadership and an MBA, Evans integrates academic expertise with practical experience to guide clients in leadership, management, and organizational culture.
