Dr. Colleen Hacker

Dr. Colleen Hacker has served as a member of the United States coaching staff for six Olympic Games as a Mental Skills Coach and Performance Psychology Specialist. Dr. Hacker began her National Team service working with the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team. During her 12-year tenure with USA Soccer, the National Team won the first Gold Medal awarded in women’s soccer followed by a dramatic overtime victory over China in the historic ‘99 World Cup. Dr. Hacker also served on the National team Staff for the 2003 and 2007 World Cups. Named as an Assistant Coach in 2000, the National Team won a Silver Medal at the Sydney Olympic Games and Gold Medals in the 2004& 2008 Olympic Games. Dr. Hacker was a member of her fifth Olympic Coaching Staff as Team USA won Silver in the 2014 Olympic Games followed by a dramatic overtime victory to win the United States first Gold Medal in 20 years during the 2018 Games. Most recently, Dr. Hacker served as the mental skills coach for the US National Lacrosse team that won the World Championship in 2022. To date, Dr. Hacker has served on the coaching staff for more than 10 World Championship events in soccer, ice hockey and Lacrosse. She has been inducted into 7 Hall of Fames both as an athlete and coach and ESPNW named Dr. Hacker as one of 30 women in the country who “change the way sports are played”.

Much in demand as a speaker and consultant, Dr. Hacker has delivered over 100 Keynote presentations to both Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 Corporations. She has published two books, Catch Them Being Good and her newest book, Achieving Excellence: Mastering Mindset for Peak Performance in sport and life, widely used by corporate leaders and athletes alike.
