Dr. Andy Galpin

Dr. Andy Galpin is a tenured full professor at Parker University and executive director of the Human Performance Center, where he leads research, training programs, and outreach initiatives in human performance. Galpin holds a PhD in human bioenergetics and has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and presentations, with a focus on skeletal muscle physiology, exercise physiology, and strength and conditioning. His research has been recognized by Journal of Experimental Physiology for high citation rates, reflecting his impact in sports science.

Galpin is a fellow of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds certifications including CSCSD and NSCA-CPTD. He coaches athletes in professional leagues such as the NFL, MLB, UFC, NBA, PGA, boxing, Olympics, and military special forces, applying exercise science to enhance athletic performance. Galpin hosts the podcast "Perform with Dr. Andy Galpin," where he discusses human performance strategies for a broad audience, covering topics in physical and mental optimization.
