Donna Milrod

Donna Milrod is executive vice president and chief product officer at State Street, where she leads strategy, value propositions, and growth initiatives for the company’s asset servicing businesses, including digital asset solutions. As a member of State Street’s executive committee, Milrod contributes to the firm’s senior strategy and policy decisions in the banking and financial services sector, with a focus on digital finance and asset management.

With more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, Milrod has held leadership roles at major institutions. Before joining State Street, she served as deputy chief executive officer for Deutsche Bank’s North America business, overseeing client relationships and revenue across the region. She also held executive positions at Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, where she led DTCC Solutions and global strategy, and provided senior advisory services to Broadridge and McKinsey & Company. Her expertise includes risk management, operational efficiency, and business development within the financial industry.

Milrod serves on the boards of Partnership Fund for New York City and Orion Innovation, and is an active member of organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations, the Economic Club of New York, and the Committee of 200. She has been named to American Banker’s "Most Powerful Women in Finance" list for multiple years and has received recognition from INvolve’s Empower, Outstanding, and HERoes lists.
