Don Costante

Don Costante is a highly respected sports and event presentation professional with over three decades of experience producing immersive live experiences across multiple major sports leagues, including MLB, NBA, WNBA, AHL, NCAA, and the English Premier League. Since launching his career in 1994, he has produced more than 2,500 live events, consistently elevating fan engagement through innovative storytelling and production strategies.

From 2008 to 2021, Don served as the Senior Director of Event Presentation & Production for the Kansas City Royals, where he played a key role in transforming the in-game fan experience. His work included over 1,100 Royals games and numerous high-profile events, such as the 2014 and 2015 World Series. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade with Spurs Sports & Entertainment, directing hundreds of NBA games, including NBA Finals and All-Star events.

Don is the founder and CEO of Costante Group, a consulting firm that partners with professional and collegiate teams around the world to enhance live and virtual event experiences. His clients include prominent organizations across sports and entertainment.
