Dombresky

Quentin Dombres, known professionally as Dombresky, is a France-born, Los Angeles-based DJ, producer, and founder of Process Records. Dombresky is recognized for his energetic approach to house music and his influence within the electronic dance music industry. He began his musical journey studying drums as a child and attended his first underground rave as a teenager in Montpellier, France, which sparked his interest in DJing.

Early in his career, Dombresky secured a four-night-a-week residency at a local club during his first semester at university. This was followed by a radio show, numerous mix tapes, and a growing fanbase drawn to his mainstream hip-hop DJ sets. Seeking a new creative direction, Dombresky transitioned to house music with support from DJ Snake and Tchami, who signed him to the Confession label, prompting his move to the United States.

Although he had no prior experience in music production and had primarily DJed hip-hop, Dombresky benefited from the guidance of peers in the electronic music community. His breakthrough came with an official remix for A-Trak's "We All Fall Down." Collaborating with Tchami, the pair produced "Freakin," which appeared on Tchami's EP. Dombresky later released singles "Wait" and "Utopia" on Confession. Drawing inspiration from disco, tech, and deep house, he developed a signature style characterized by four-on-the-floor beats.

Dombresky has worked alongside industry figures such as Blondish, Armand van Helden, Diplo, Claptone, and MK. His track "Soul Sacrifice" has earned over 50 million streams and established him as one of Beatport's top-selling artists. The song received support from DJs including Claptone, Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Mistajam, and Danny Howard. With more than 100 million streams, Dombresky is also known for remixing tracks for artists such as Taylor Swift, Louis The Child, and Foster The People.

He has performed at major festivals including Lollapalooza, Coachella, and EDC Mexico, and has headlined venues such as Shrine Auditorium and Hollywood Palladium. Dombresky received an Electronic Dance Music Award for Best Radio Show for "Process Radio," and continued his momentum with the "Sound of the Drums" EP in collaboration with London duo JADED, released on Diplo's Higher Ground label. His LIFT OFF Tour further expanded his presence in the global dance music scene.

In addition to performing, Dombresky broadcasts Process Radio, which features his sets, new dance music, and exclusive guest mixes. Through Process Records, he maintains ownership of his masters and mentors emerging talent. Dombresky's evolution from a hip-hop DJ in southern France to a prominent figure in house music highlights his commitment to the electronic music industry and his ongoing influence on dance music culture.
