Devin McCourty

Devin McCourty is recognized as one of the most accomplished defensive players in New England Patriots history, spending his entire 13-season NFL career with the franchise after being selected with the 27th overall pick in the first round of the NFL Draft out of Rutgers University. In his rookie season, McCourty started all 16 games and recorded seven interceptions, earning a Pro Bowl selection and a spot on the NFL All-Rookie Team. Throughout his career, McCourty demonstrated versatility in the defensive backfield, beginning as a cornerback before transitioning to safety, where he became a leader on the Patriots' defense.
