Derek Anderson

Derek Anderson is a senior leader, educator, author, and operations expert with 22 years of experience as a U.S. Air Force Pararescueman, guiding elite special operators and high-performing teams in some of the world's most complex, high-stakes environments. His career has centered on developing resilient leaders, building cohesive teams, and driving mission success under extreme pressure.

Throughout his service, Anderson led and advised multinational teams across 30 countries, specializing in crisis response, organizational development, and international collaboration. His work has shaped training and operational programs worldwide.

Most notably, Anderson served as the U.S. forces team leader during the 2018 multinational mission that successfully rescued 12 children and their coach from a flooded cave system in northern Thailand.
