Deni Tato

Deni Tato is a Cincinnati-based executive Enneagram coach, corporate trainer, and CEO of Corporate Consciousness, with a career spanning decades in entrepreneurship and leadership development. Before becoming a nationally recognized authority on the Enneagram, Tato was the founder and CEO/President of Contract Interiors, a commercial furniture dealership recognized as one of the largest and most successful woman-owned businesses in the region during her 23 years of leadership.

After receiving requests from other women seeking advice and experiencing personal and professional growth through the Enneagram, Tato became a certified Enneagram teacher and coach. Following the sale of her business, she dedicated herself to life strategy, focusing on leadership development, corporate culture, and the Enneagram.

Tato was recognized by Business Courier with a Second Act Award, honoring professionals who have successfully launched a second career following an outstanding first career. She established Corporate Consciousness, where she works with executives, teams, and organizations—including Fortune 500 companies such as Procter & Gamble, Toyota, and Cincinnati Bell—to improve communication, remove barriers to success, and foster creativity, growth, and profitability.

A certified Enneagram teacher, trainer, and executive/life coach, Tato is an Integrative Enneagram accredited practitioner, certified by The Enneagram in Business, certified in Spiral Dynamics, a Master Facilitator of the Core Gift Discovery process, and an active student of The Diamond Approach at the Ridhwan School. She serves as a senior member of The Enneagram in Business Network and is an accredited member of the International Enneagram Association. Tato holds iEQ9 Level 2 accreditation and has administered more than 2,700 assessments.

The Enneagram, a personality typing system, is foundational to Tato's services as an executive coach, corporate trainer, and life strategist.
