Deeptee Jain

Dr. Deeptee Jain is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery and cervical spine surgery. Jain practices at The Center for Bone and Joint Surgery of the Palm Beaches, where she performs procedures on the entire spine, from skull to sacrum. Her clinical focus includes the evaluation and treatment of degenerative spine conditions, vertebral compression fractures, lumbar and cervical disc herniations, degenerative disc disease, spondylolisthesis, and spinal stenosis.

Jain completed her medical education at Duke University School of Medicine, followed by an orthopedic surgery residency at University of California, San Francisco, where she served as Chief Orthopedic Surgery Resident. She received fellowship training in orthopedic spine surgery at New York University Hospital for Joint Disease, concentrating on minimally invasive techniques. Before joining The Center for Bone and Joint Surgery, Jain was an assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at Washington University in St. Louis.

Jain is recognized among the top 20 Under 40 spine surgeons in the United States and is one of approximately 50 women orthopedic spine surgeons in the country. She has received national recognition from the North American Spine Society's Top 20 Under 40 Spine Providers and has earned awards from the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society, Society for Lateral Access Surgery, and Scoliosis Research Society. Jain was also named to SpineLine's 20 Under 40, which highlights orthopedic physicians making an impact in spine surgery. Her research includes more than 100 peer-reviewed publications, national meeting presentations, and textbook chapters in the field of orthopedic spine surgery.

Jain is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the North American Spine Society, where she serves on the Advocacy Council, as well as the Lumbar Spine Research Society and the Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. She is a reviewer for Journal of Bone & Joint Surgery and a contributor to Forbes. Jain's expertise has contributed to government policy decisions addressing healthcare accessibility and structural inefficiencies by members of the U.S. House of Representatives.

In addition to her clinical work, Jain is a frequent speaker and media contributor, providing expert commentary for Forbes Healthcare Summit and FOX2 News. She addresses audiences in medical, corporate, and STEM fields. Jain is also active in healthcare technology, serving as co-founder of an early-stage healthtech company and as an advisor to New Mountain Capital, where she advises on technology development and investment. Her career spans surgery, research, policy, and innovation in orthopedic spine surgery and healthcare technology.
