David McLauren, Ph.D., is a diversity specialist, keynote speaker, and business consultant whose work supports organizations in North America and internationally in building inclusive, productive, and culturally competent workplaces. Educated in North America, McLauren holds a Ph.D. in Inter-Cultural Studies, speaks five languages, and holds two master's degrees. He is the author of "Diversity Gold: How to Increase Profit & Productivity," a resource offering actionable strategies for business leaders focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As the founder of the Multi-Cultural Resource Center, McLauren provides education and expertise to businesses addressing diversity issues and supports companies in increasing productivity.
