David Holloway

David Holloway is a third-generation world champion, executive trainer, and performance strategist who helps leaders build championship-level clarity so their teams can execute at a high level—even under pressure. Through keynote speaking, leadership training, and executive advisory work, he partners with organizations such as PepsiCo, Xerox, Caterpillar, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Century 21, and Yelp. He is the creator of The Performance 4 Framework, a practical system designed to align leadership, elevate standards, and drive consistent execution, and has been recognized by leaders including Colin Powell, Bill Russell, Ethel Kennedy, and President George W. Bush.

Holloway’s work is grounded in the belief that most teams don’t fail from a lack of talent, but from misalignment, unclear standards, and inconsistent leadership. His Performance 4 framework focuses on four core elements—direction, standards, feedback, and identity—giving leaders an actionable system to improve alignment, strengthen accountability, and execute effectively in high-pressure environments. Rather than offering abstract motivation, he equips leaders with tools they can implement immediately to sustain high performance over time.

Raised in a championship environment, Holloway is the son of Super Bowl XX captain Brian Holloway and the grandson of two-time Stanley Cup champion Johnny “Pie” McKenzie. Yet his own path began as an overlooked walk-on, eventually rising to become an All-Star NFL competitor with the Arizona Cardinals and a Super Bowl XLIII participant. Today, he translates those experiences into real-world systems that help leaders build stronger cultures, lead through change, and create lasting performance at scale.
