David Gull

David Gull is an entrepreneur and technology executive whose career spans architecture, immersive technology, and artificial intelligence. As a licensed architect and technology leader, Gull combines design and technical expertise, shaping ventures at the intersection of these fields. He graduated at the top of his class from Cornell University's Architecture Program before spending six years at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.

Gull began his work in immersive technology as vice president at Floored, a virtual technology startup acquired by CBRE. He later founded Outer Realm, leading a transition from 2D screens to immersive spatial computing within the real estate industry. Outer Realm developed solutions to showcase unbuilt projects, products, and properties with realistic visualization, supporting design iteration and validation. Gull's approach to VR and AR technologies in real estate emphasizes experiences that combine intuitive engagement with factual presentation, supporting stakeholder trust and buy-in. Outer Realm was acquired, establishing Gull as a leader in PropTech.

After Outer Realm, Gull co-founded Ogimi, serving as CEO. Ogimi is an AI-powered meditation coach designed to support mental wellness and resilience. The app provides customized meditation experiences based on user input, leveraging artificial intelligence to address mental health and well-being.

Gull later contributed his expertise to xFigura, an AI rendering platform for the architecture industry. At xFigura, the platform emphasizes transparency and traceability, ensuring architects maintain control throughout the process. The company offers AI advisory services for architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate development, supporting deal analysis, market research, project management, and operations. Gull is recognized for his insights on AI, spatial computing, and the built environment, frequently speaking at industry events and contributing to the advancement of technology in architecture and real estate.
