David Fujimoto

Retired Lt. Col. David "Fuji" Fujimoto is a decorated U.S. Air Force Special Operations officer, AC-130 gunship pilot, U.S. Air Force Academy graduate, and founder of Targeted Leadership Solutions. With more than three decades of proven leadership experience — including combat operations in the Middle East and Africa, Pentagon staff assignments, and service in the Commander's Action Group, or CAG, for the four-star commander of all U.S. and international ISAF forces in Afghanistan — Fujimoto transforms high-stakes military experience into actionable leadership strategies for modern organizations. Fujimoto has delivered keynotes and leadership presentations for clients including Fortune 500 companies, the Dallas Regional Chamber, Sul Ross Group, Allen Academy, and the Bush Presidential Library & Museum. He has served as the Texas A&M Muster speaker four times and has been featured on KBTX News, the History Channel, and in Texas A&M Today.

After retiring from the Air Force, Fujimoto earned a Congressional Fellowship and a Master of Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M's Bush School.
