David Flink

David Flink is an entrepreneur, bestselling author, keynote speaker, and one of the world's leading voices on neurodiversity, leadership, and human potential.

Diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD as a child, Flink knows firsthand what it feels like to have your potential underestimated. Rather than allowing those experiences to define him, he transformed them into a movement that has impacted more than one million students, educators, families, and professionals.

While still a student at Brown University, Flink founded what became The Neurodiversity Alliance, serving as CEO for 28 years while becoming one of the country's most sought-after speakers on neurodiversity, leadership, and human potential.

His forthcoming book,"20% Smarter," draws on nearly a decade of research and almost 1,000 interviews with innovators around the world to explore why the organizations that consistently outperform their peers are the ones that recognize and leverage different ways of thinking.

Flink has worked with organizations including Ares Management, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, YPO, VMware, Boston Consulting Group, the Gates Foundation, and many others. He is also a frequent guest lecturer at Brown, Columbia, and Harvard.
