Dante Disparte

Dante Disparte is the chief strategy officer and head of global policy and operations at Circle, a provider of digital currency infrastructure and the issuer of regulated digital currencies. In this role, Disparte oversees global strategy, regulatory policy, market expansion, public affairs, and corporate communications, contributing to Circle’s mission to enable the frictionless exchange of financial value.

Before joining Circle, Disparte was a founding executive of the Diem Association, where he led policy, communications, membership, and social impact initiatives for the digital currency project. He is also the founder and chair of Risk Cooperative, a strategic insurance and risk advisory firm, and has served in senior roles at organizations including as managing director of Clements Worldwide. Disparte has held advisory and board positions with the Atlantic Council, the World Economic Forum Digital Currency Governance Consortium, and the Council on Foreign Relations. He is the co-author of the book "Global Risk Agility and Decision Making" and has been recognized among the top 100 most influential leaders in Washington, D.C.

Disparte is a keynote speaker and commentator who regularly appears at industry events such as the Milken Institute Global Conference and the Singapore FinTech Festival. He is frequently featured in media outlets including Harvard Business Review, Fortune, BBC, and Forbes. His career focuses on financial innovation, digital assets, risk management, and public policy, with an emphasis on translating complex risks and emerging technologies into actionable strategies for governments, companies, and global institutions.
