Daniel Bloom

Daniel T. Bloom is an HR strategist, author, speaker, and change management consultant recognized for his work in applying process improvement methodologies to human resources. His firm, Daniel Bloom & Associates, Inc. (DBAI), is a Largo, Florida–based human capital consulting company focused on helping clients create strategic, innovative, and aligned organizations.

Throughout his career, Bloom has served as a contingency executive recruiter, a member of the internal HR staff of a Fortune 1000 corporation, an HR consultant, and a corporate relocation director for several real estate firms. This range of experience across industries and organizational sizes provides Bloom with a grounded perspective on the challenges facing modern HR professionals.

Bloom developed the TLS Continuum, a framework integrating the Theory of Constraints, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies for human resources and organizational change. He presents a TLS Continuum manifesto, outlining how these methodologies can be combined into a continuum rather than a cycle. DBAI delivers solutions for organizational change using Six Sigma problem-solving methodology, serving organizations from the Fortune 100 to small and medium enterprises. Bloom holds dual certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute and as a Six Sigma Black Belt through the Applied Technology Program at St. Petersburg College. He is listed in Marquis Who's Who in America and is a member of the Suncoast HR Association, Worldwide ERC, the National Speakers Association, the MBA Coaching Program at the University of Tampa, and the Advisory Board to the Engineering Technology and Building Arts Advisory Board of St. Petersburg College.

As a speaker and trainer, Bloom has delivered sessions for SHRM chapters, universities, and major corporations. He has conducted seminars at the Continuing Education Facilities of North Carolina State University, including a seminar for the university's Leadership Institute on critical HR leadership.
