Dani Dudeck

Dani Dudeck is the chief communications officer at Netflix, a role she took on after serving as chief corporate affairs officer at Instacart, where she oversaw the company’s communications, policy, community, and government affairs practice groups. With two decades of experience in communications, Dudeck has worked with companies at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and pop culture, playing a leadership role in shaping Instacart’s brand, reputation, and external positioning as a public company.

Prior to joining Instacart, Dudeck served as chief communications officer for Zynga, where she managed the company’s corporate reputation among financial and industry audiences, increased consumer awareness for products, and led Zynga’s employer brand through internal communications and cultural initiatives. Before Zynga, Dudeck was vice president of global communications for MySpace at News Corp, overseeing the in-house team, global public relations agencies, and communications efforts across consumer, technology, product, and corporate issues management. Earlier in her career, she held roles at agencies supporting consumer technology and entertainment brands.

Dudeck holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and French language from the University of Southern California. She served as an executive sponsor of Women@Instacart, the company’s largest employee resource group focused on connecting and empowering women and allies. Dudeck is also an advocate for elevating women leaders and diverse voices in the technology industry, participating in industry panels and executive forums.
