Dan Thurmon

Dan Thurmon is a keynote speaker, author, and peak performance coach specializing in change leadership and organizational transformation. As founder and president of Motivation Works Inc., Thurmon works with leaders and organizations to navigate change and transformation, helping them achieve greater results and contributions. He began his speaking career in college, funding his business degree at the University of Georgia through corporate meeting performances and an entertainment business, blending performance skills with business expertise.

Thurmon started performing at age 11, developing a one-man show that included comedy, juggling, and acrobatics. He integrates these skills into his presentations, using physical demonstrations such as handstands on the podium to illustrate concepts like embracing discomfort and living off balance on purpose. This approach distinguishes Thurmon in the fields of leadership development and change management.
